Estimator
Requirements:
Min 3-5 Years Construction and estimating experience required
Experience in building envelope repairs and field experience a plus
Skilled at reading, understanding and interpreting drawings and specifications
Detail oriented and has ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Must be customer service driven and have great communication and organizational skills Able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
Required Computer Skills in desktop publishing, estimating and schedule software
A degree from a college or technical institute a plus
Membership in a professional organization a plus

Position descriptions:
Prepare estimates ranging from conceptual to detailed estimating
Attend pre-bid job site meetings
Perform quantity take-off and develop estimates
Prepare RFIs, RFQs, and other project documentations
Prepare preliminary construction schedules
Provide project management support to operation department
Attend trade shows and other sales events
Other tasks which maybe assigned

Project Manager
Requirements:
Min 3-5 Years Construction Project Management experience and some estimating experience required
Experience in commercial and residential building repairs a plus
Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Must have good communication skills, good time management and punctual
Must be customer service driven
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Surtrak) required

Position description:
Work with Superintendent to manage multiple projects
Attend on site construction meetings
Prepare and update meeting minutes
Prepare and update schedules
Prepare and update submittals
Prepare RFIs, RFQs, and other project documentations
Prepare and manage subcontracts
Prepare monthly billing to project owners
Review bi-weekly field time cards
Review materials and subcontractors invoices
Secure Building permits
Other tasks which maybe assigned

Brief Overview

Boston Reed, a division of Ascend Learning, LLC (“Ascend”), provides affordable allied healthcare training in partnership with schools and colleges throughout California and the US. Most of our courses are designed for busy adults, with classes meeting two nights per week or on weekends.
The primary mission of the LMS Administrator is to administer daily Learning Management System (LMS) needs and end-user support by analyzing requirements; providing SME-level support; recommending system controls and protocols. Assists with courseware deployment to live service LMS, and with user issues. The position is located in Napa, CA and is full time Monday –Friday, may require non-traditional hours.

QUALIFICATIONS – SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
?Two or more years’ experience front-end administration and troubleshooting on Moodle Learning Management System (required).
?Publishing courseware using e-learning standards such as SCORM and AICC (desired).
